Return Policy

In general, medicines are non-returnable once purchased, in line with standard pharmacy regulations. This is to ensure patient safety and maintain the integrity of pharmaceutical products.

Medicines once sold are generally not accepted back due to storage and safety compliance requirements.

If a return is considered under exceptional circumstances and the medicine is returned after 30 days from the date of purchase, additional handling and restocking charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Returns within 7 days: Subject to standard conditions (original receipt required, sealed/unopened pack).
  • Returns after 30 days: Extra charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns after 60 days: Not accepted under any circumstances.
Always keep your purchase receipt. Returns without a valid receipt will not be processed.

A return may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Original purchase receipt / bill is presented.
  • The medicine is in its original sealed and unopened packaging.
  • The medicine has not expired.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  • Return is due to a dispensing error on our part (wrong medicine / wrong quantity).
Opened strips, broken seals or used medicines will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No. Medicines that require cold storage (insulin, certain eye drops, biologicals, etc.) are strictly non-returnable once they leave our pharmacy, as we cannot guarantee the cold-chain was maintained.

Payments & Charges

Yes. A 3% surcharge is applicable on all credit card transactions. This covers the payment gateway and processing fees charged by the bank/network.

  • Credit Card: 3% extra on total bill amount.
  • Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking: No extra charges.
  • Cash: No extra charges.
Pay by UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) or cash to avoid any extra charge.

We accept all major payment modes:

  • Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) — 3% surcharge applies

No hidden charges whatsoever. The discount is applied directly on the MRP of the medicine. What you see is what you pay (plus 3% if paying by credit card, and delivery charge if opting for home delivery).

We believe in full price transparency. All charges are communicated upfront before billing.
Home Delivery

Yes, we offer home delivery within Panchkula and nearby areas. However, home delivery is a paid service — delivery charges apply based on your location and order size.

Home delivery is chargeable. Contact us to confirm delivery availability in your area and get the applicable charge.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location and order value. Please call or WhatsApp us to get the exact delivery fee for your area before placing an order.

  • Delivery charges are discussed and confirmed before dispatch.
  • Minimum order value may apply for home delivery.
  • Charges are higher for areas outside Panchkula city limits.

  • Monday to Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be delivered the next day.

Yes. For prescription (Rx) medicines, a valid doctor's prescription is mandatory before we can process and deliver your order. You can:

Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines do not require a prescription.

  • Schedule H / H1 / X drugs: Valid doctor's prescription is mandatory by law.
  • OTC (Over-the-Counter) medicines: No prescription required.
  • Ayurvedic / Herbal products: Generally no prescription required.
